LONIO Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LONIO mobile application (the “App”) provided by Panda Production (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
LONIO is a tool for parents to facilitate post-cartoon conversations and play activities with their children. The App uses generative AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to produce conversation prompts and activity suggestions tailored to the cartoon watched and the child’s profile.
LONIO is an educational support tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional childcare advice, therapy, or pediatric guidance. Use it as one of many conversation tools, not as a replacement for direct attention from a caregiver.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use LONIO. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter in the App.
3. Account
You may use the App anonymously, but to save your data across devices or to subscribe you will need to sign in via Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions
LONIO is freemium. We offer three (3) free generations of conversation prompts upon onboarding. After the free generations are exhausted, continued use requires a subscription:
- Yearly Premium — $39.99 per year, billed annually
- Monthly Premium — $8.99 per month, billed monthly
Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your iTunes or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device’s App Store settings — we do not handle cancellation directly.
Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by Apple’s / Google’s own refund policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple Support or Google Play Support respectively.
Free trial (if offered)
Where the App offers a free trial, the trial is converted to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Price changes
We may change prices for new sign-ups at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price change affecting their renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App to generate prompts about content that is unlawful, harmful to minors, or violates the rights of others.
- Submit false or impersonating account information.
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage the conversation prompts generated by the App as a standalone product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
6. Generated Content
Conversation prompts and activities produced by the App are AI-generated. While we work to ensure they are age-appropriate, helpful, and accurate:
- We cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.
- Cartoon plot summaries are sourced from third-party databases (Wikipedia, Wikidata, TVMaze, IMDb via web search). We do not own or control that content.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated prompts before sharing them with your child.
The prompts are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or republish them.
7. Intellectual Property
The LONIO name, logo, App design, and original textual content (system prompts, onboarding copy, etc.) are owned by Panda Production. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App while your account is active.
Cartoon titles, characters, episode names, and plot summaries referenced in the App are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the cartoon you searched for and to ground the AI conversation prompts — we do not claim any rights to that material.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
